Payson Real EstateHere we are in January and a brand New Year. Planning to buy or sell in Payson or Pine, Strawberry or Christopher Creek area? Or maybe you have a goal to visit this beautiful area in 2017 and explore our Outdoor Playground and all the adventure Rimcountry has to offer.

Common New Year traditions often include making resolutions. The practice of making resolutions for the New Year is thought to have first caught on among the ancient Babylonians, who made promises in order to earn the favor of the gods and start the year off on the right foot. (They would reportedly vow to pay off debts and return borrowed farm equipment.)

We can all take a moment to reflect on what was good and not so good in the past year. January is the perfect month to look forward with fresh eyes and a positive mindset. Set a goal or two for the coming few months. Be specific about what you wish to accomplish and give it a second thought to be sure your goal is relevant, measurable and attainable.
