Kristin is a very enthusiastic real estate professional who did a great job helping us sell our cabin in under 2 weeks. She immediately hired a professional photographer who took some amazing pictures of our property and our listing was posted by the week end. She showed the property on numerous occasions even though it was about a 30 minute drive from her office in Payson. She also hired all the necessary contractors (termite inspector, sewer inspector, painter, title co, etc), stayed in touch with us consistently, and did a good job keeping everyone on track for our sale to complete on time. We had the property previously listed for 6 months with very little activity. I kept asking the agent to market the property, to no avail.
