Inventory all over Arizona and across much of the nation has been very low. No secret there. So, here is what I feel that means for 2021 and 2022 since so many of you ask me. When inventory is low, demand is high. People are fighting over homes right now! When demand is high, people will pay more than your home is valued at… and fast! For so many of you, there is no way to sell because there is nowhere to go. Unfortunately, I do not have many solutions for that. That is not the worst problem in the world.
