In reality, the craziness of 2020 has not slowed down at all and that is the same for us in the Real Estate industry. Last year was excellent for my efforts in the Rim Country real estate market, but there has been one common theme: the elephant in the room for a while now… NO INVENTORY!
With the Payson area being in such high demand because of our beautiful surroundings and beautiful seasons, demand is higher than ever and homes for sale are hard to come by. Many would think that everyone would be eager to sell now with home values soaring and equity to grab from all directions, but there is a dilemma. “Where do I go if I sell?” And they are not wrong.
